Legacy is no matter what you have been through that you can build your strength and resilience and teach others the same in order to get through anything. Running does this. Running gives you the ability to have confidence in yourself and prove how truly strong you are. If you can get through training and set goals you end up showing yourself over and over the resilience you have. This then falls into all of the other areas in your life and shows just how tough you are. That your pain and your open wounds can be healed. That you are now strong and resilient too.
